• Crestline accounts are non-transferable.
• You are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds.
• Loan repayments and recurring deposits must follow agreed schedules. Late fees may apply

4. Payment Gateway & Payout Services

• Merchants using Crestline’s gateway must comply with local laws and payment policies.
• We reserve the right to withhold or investigate suspicious transactions.

5. Loans

• Approval is subject to eligibility, credit checks, and document verification.
• Loan terms will be outlined in individual agreements.
• Late repayments may affect your credit score and result in penalties.

6. Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms or engage in fraudulent or prohibited activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

Crestline is not liable for:

• Losses due to misuse of credentials
• Interruptions or delays beyond our control
• Indirect or incidental damages from service use

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Seychelles

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
